Custom Manufacturing Process We follow a strict, multi-step processing method to ensure the highest quality for your custom parts:

  1. Mold Creation: Custom molds are created precisely according to customer drawings or provided samples.

  2. Prepreg Production: Depending on the specific application, we select different types of high-quality cotton cloth to produce the prepreg.

  3. Material Preparation: We precisely calculate the required amount of prepreg, cut it into specific shapes, and fill the molds.

  4. Curing: The molds are placed under high pressure and high temperature in a press machine for a specific duration, ensuring the prepreg is completely cured into the desired shape.

  5. Final Machining: The phenolic molding blank parts are removed, deflashed, and precision-machined using CNC equipment to create the final products.

  • Custom Machining Scope: Custom cut-to-size panels and CNC components based on drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP).
  • Max Equipment Processing Area: Up to 2500mm × 2500mm (facility equipment limit).
  • Machining Thickness: Machinable thickness strictly per raw material stock limits or custom stacked/molded specs.
  • Machining Accuracy: Standard tolerance ±0.1mm; Precision tolerance up to ±0.02mm.
