Solder Pallet Materials

Solder Pallet Material is a heavy-duty, glass fiber-reinforced plastic constructed from premium glass fibers combined with high-performance resins. Known for its extreme physical strength, this material delivers excellent electrical, thermal, and chemical properties alongside outstanding machinability. It is specifically designed and highly recommended for manufacturing solder pallets used in the wave-soldering applications of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Key Advantages & Features

  • High-Temperature Resistance: Performs reliably at a normal continuous working temperature of 280°C. It can also withstand intermittent maximum temperatures of up to 350°C (or 360°C for short durations of 10~20 seconds).

  • Thermal & Dimensional Stability: Features low thermal conductivity and maintains exceptional dimensional stability even at high temperatures.

  • Excellent Machinability: Easily designed and precision-machined into highly intricate soldering pallets suitable for the most complex PCBs.

  • Extended Service Life: Highly durable and capable of being reused approximately 20,000 times in demanding high-temperature environments.
