PTFE Products (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a highly versatile engineering plastic renowned for its exceptional durability and reliability. Operating dependably within a wide temperature range of -180℃ to +260℃, this material is distinguished by its extremely low friction coefficient, excellent electrical properties, and high corrosion resistance. Furthermore, PTFE is entirely non-toxic. To further enhance its properties for specific applications, our PTFE products can be custom-made with filled (reinforced) materials such as glass fiber, graphite, and bronze.

Industrial Applications Because of its outstanding chemical and thermal resilience, PTFE is widely utilized across the electrical, chemical, aerospace, and machinery fields. Common applications include:

PTFE Sheet

  • PTFE Skived Sheet: Thickness ranges from 0.05mm to 8mm; Width: 300mm to 2700mm; Length: Customizable as required.

  • PTFE Molded Sheet: Thickness ranges from 2mm to 100mm; Width: 150mm to 2000mm; Length: 150mm to 2000mm.

PTFE Tube

  • Paste Extruded Tube: Outer Diameter (OD): 0.5mm to 25mm; Wall Thickness: 0.1mm to 2.5mm; Length: Customizable as required.

  • Plug Extruded Tube: Outer Diameter (OD): 25mm to 250mm; Wall Thickness: 1.5mm to 8mm; Length: Customizable as required.

  • Molded Tube: Outer Diameter (OD): 25mm to 2000mm; Wall Thickness: 5mm to 500mm; Length: 100mm to 300mm.

PTFE Rod

  • Paste Extruded Rod: Outer Diameter (OD): 2mm to 4mm; Length: Customizable as required.

  • Plug Extruded Rod: Outer Diameter (OD): 4mm to 200mm; Length: 500mm to 3000mm.

  • Molded Rod: Outer Diameter (OD): 5mm to 300mm; Length: 50mm to 300mm.

  • Custom Machining Scope: Custom cut-to-size panels and CNC components based on drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP).
  • Max Equipment Processing Area: Up to 2500mm × 2500mm (facility equipment limit).
  • Machining Thickness: Machinable thickness strictly per raw material stock limits or custom stacked/molded specs.

Our materials comply with IEC, NEMA, DIN, ASTM, and UL standards. We provide direct equivalents to NEMA grades (e.g., G10, FR4, G11, G7, GPO-3) and IEC EPGC series.
Do you provide custom CNC machining services based on drawings?

Yes. Operating over 100 CNC machining centers, we manufacture custom-shaped parts from your drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP) with machining accuracy up to ±0.05mm.
