Semi-conductive Sheets

Semi-conductive laminate is a highly effective, common anti-corona material widely utilized in the motor field. It is engineered using carbon black alkali-free glass cloth as the base material, impregnated with an advanced epoxy phenolic anti-corona resin (some versions also contain conductive components). Through a precise baking and hot pressing process, it is cured into a durable laminate. This material excellently combines semiconductor properties with high mechanical strength and reliable heat resistance.

Industrial Applications This specialized sheet material is primarily utilized across the mechanical, electrical, and electronic industries:

• Anti-Corona Protection: Mainly used in the stator and rotor coil slots of large high-voltage motors and generators. It serves as a crucial anti-corona material to solve corona discharge issues during high-speed motor operation, effectively preventing discharge from damaging the coil insulation layer.

• Wear-Resistant Components: Thanks to its excellent wear resistance and robust mechanical strength, it is also highly suitable as a non-metallic, wear-resistant structural component material under high-temperature working conditions.
