Our L301 Polyimide Glass Cloth Laminate, featuring performance similar to PIGC301, is a high-temperature, high-performance composite material. It is expertly manufactured from layers of fine, plain-weave glass fabric treated with an advanced Polyimide Resin system. With a high temperature index of 200ºC, this material is engineered for applications where good dimensional stability, excellent electrical properties, and high mechanical rigidity are absolutely required at elevated temperatures.

Key Performance & Heat Resistance

  • Continuous Operation: Fully capable of long-term use at 200ºC.

  • Intermittent Use: Safely supports intermittent use at even higher temperatures.

  • Mechanical Stability: Remarkably maintains excellent mechanical properties and structural integrity even at extreme temperatures up to 250ºC.

Industrial Applications Due to its outstanding thermal endurance, this Class C laminate is mainly utilized for high-heat applications. It is the perfect choice for high-heat insulating structural parts that must reliably withstand operating temperatures above 200 degrees.
