Our Epoxy Composites are known for their exceptional electrical and mechanical properties, as well as their superior heat and moisture resistance. These materials are ideal for insulating structural components in motors, electrical and mechanical equipment, and can even be used in transformer oil.

At RDS, we specialize in manufacturing custom Epoxy Glass Fabric Molding Products to meet your specific requirements. When CNC machining proves challenging or results in material waste, we employ the molding process, ensuring high-quality results with minimal loss.

Our Process:

  1. Custom Mold Creation: We start by creating molds based on your drawings or samples.

  2. Prepreg Production: Depending on the application, we select the appropriate type of glass cloth to produce the prepreg.

  3. Prepreg Shaping: We calculate the necessary amount of prepreg to fill the mold, cut it into precise shapes, and place them into the mold.

  4. High-Pressure Molding: The mold is then subjected to high pressure and temperature, ensuring the prepreg fully cures and takes the desired shape.

  5. CNC Finishing: After removing the molded part, we trim excess flash and use CNC machines to achieve the final product specifications.
