We offer premium Silicon Mica Composites, available in both versatile sheet and tube forms, engineered with muscovite or phlogopite mica paper and bonded with advanced silicon resin. These materials are highly valued for their exceptional high-temperature performance, excellent electrical insulation, and superior mechanical strength.

Mica Sheet (Rigid & Flexible)

  • Rigid Mica Sheet: A durable lamination material constructed by pressing and curing mica paper with silicon resin in a press machine.

  • Flexible Mica Sheet: Offers excellent dielectric properties, high tensile strength, and can be easily formed at room temperature.

  • Key Features: Outstanding high-temperature resistance (500-1000℃), superior electrical insulation, and excellent bending strength with great processing performance.

  • Applications: Widely utilized in household electric appliances (such as irons, hair dryers, toasters, kettles, microwaves, and air heaters), the metallurgy industry (frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, arc furnaces), and medical appliances.

  • Specifications: * Thickness: 0.25mm - 50mm

    • Standard Sizes: 600 x 1000mm, 1000 x 1200mm

Mica Tube

  • Overview: Formed by processing muscovite or phlogopite paper with silicon resin into a roll form.

  • Key Features: Delivers reliable dielectric capability combined with excellent mechanical strength.

  • Applications: Frequently used as an insulating tube material in a wide variety of electric equipment, motors, and demanding metallurgy industry equipment like electric-arc furnaces.

Do you provide custom CNC machining services based on drawings?

Yes. Operating over 100 CNC machining centers, we manufacture custom-shaped parts from your drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP) with machining accuracy up to ±0.05mm.
