SMC DMC Molding Parts

SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and DMC (Dough Molding Compound) are high-performance composite materials composed of unsaturated polyester resin as the bonding material, reinforced with glass fiber, fillings, pigments, and other chemical agents. SMC is supplied in rolls covered by film on both sides, while DMC is supplied in a dough shape.

Yes. Operating over 100 CNC machining centers, we manufacture custom-shaped parts from your drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP) with machining accuracy up to ±0.05mm.
