PC Products (Polycarbonate Sheets)

PC sheet, also known as polycarbonate sheet, polyester sheet, or Capron sheet, is an internationally recognized, high-tech plastic building material. Manufactured through advanced co-extrusion technology using polycarbonate as the primary component (specifically utilizing premium SABIC raw materials), this energy-saving and environmentally friendly sheet offers unmatched advantages over traditional materials like glass and plexiglass. It is highly resistant to weak acids, high temperatures, and ultraviolet rays, while offering high transparency, light weight, impact resistance, sound and heat insulation, and excellent flame resistance and anti-aging characteristics.

RDS produces two main types of high-performance polycarbonate products: PC Hollow Sheets and PC Solid Sheets.

PC Hollow Sheet This versatile sheet is ideal for architectural skylights, interior decorations, channel roofs for railway stations and aviation overpasses, bus stations, ferry terminals, and shopping mall roofs. It is also an excellent choice for light boxes, billboards, and sound insulation barriers.

• Key Features: Energy-saving, excellent weather and flame resistance, high wind and impact resistance, anti-gelling, sound insulation, cold bending capability, and effective across a wide temperature range.

• Structures Available: Twin wall, Triple wall, Four wall, and Honeycomb hollow sheet.

• Thickness Range: 4mm to 20mm (depending on structure).

• Density: 0.9 to 3.0 g/cm³.

• Standard Colors: White, Black, Blue, Green, Crystal, etc.

PC Solid Sheet Also referred to as PC diamond or PC bulletproof glass, the PC solid sheet is extruded using linear aromatic bisphenol A polycarbonate with longer molecular chains, enhanced with specialized additives.

• Key Features: Simple installation, extremely high light transmission, light weight, high wind and impact resistance, anti-gelling, and excellent sound insulation.

• Operating Temperature: Reliable from -40℃ to +120℃.

• Sheet Widths: 1220mm, 1560mm, 1820mm, 2100mm (for 1mm to 4mm thickness).

• Thickness Range: 1.5mm to 18mm.

• Standard Colors: Clear, Green, Blue, Brown, Opal, Lake-Blue, etc.
