GPO3 UPGM203

UPGM203 (GPO3) is a rigid insulating material manufactured from alkali-free fiberglass mat impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin. By adding relevant chemical agents during the heating and pressing process, this material achieves exceptional performance for demanding environments.

Key Characteristics

  • Maintains good electrical properties under high humidity conditions.

  • Delivers high mechanical properties under medium temperatures.

  • Features fine flame retardant properties, alongside excellent arc and tracking resistance.

  • Conforms to EN 45545 R22/23 HL3 (approved by a professional European lab) and complies with UL94-V0 applications (certified by UL LAB).

Industrial Applications GPO3 is widely utilized in medium and low voltage electrical industries. Common applications include:

Special Types Available

  • UPGM203 Cold Punching Plate: Reinforced with a special glass mat to ensure superior punching and shearing properties without generating burrs. Fully meets the UL94-V0 flame retardant rating.

  • UPGM203JST: A specialized fiber-reinforced thermosetting material offering outstanding fire resistance (flammability FV0 ≥ 0.6mm). Known for its low toxicity and low smoke density, making it a premium specialty product.
