Polyoxymethylene (POM), commonly known as "Delrin" or "Acetal," is a high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic characterized by its high melting point and high crystallinity. Thanks to its excellent comprehensive properties, POM is highly recommended for machining on automatic lathes, making it the ideal material for manufacturing precision parts.

Premium Quality & Manufacturing Process At RDS, we independently develop and produce POM plates and rods using premium imported POM raw materials and advanced imported equipment. We guarantee that no recycled materials are added. Through our unique process treatment, we have completely resolved common POM manufacturing issues, such as bubble formation and machining deformation. As a result, our products feature a bright surface, perfect straightness and flatness, uniform color, and exceptional machinability.

Do you provide custom CNC machining services based on drawings?

Yes. Operating over 100 CNC machining centers, we manufacture custom-shaped parts from your drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP) with machining accuracy up to ±0.05mm.
