It exhibits exceptional resistance to heat and moisture, ensuring stability in transformer oil and humid environments.

Available Grades and Standards

We manufacture a wide range of laminates compliant with international standards, including NEMA, IEC, DIN, and GOST.

  • G10 / EPGC201: Designed for general mechanical and electrical applications. It offers high strength at moderate temperatures and superior electrical properties compared to standard 3240 grades.

  • FR4 / EPGC202: The most versatile and popular high-pressure thermoset plastic laminate. It features flame-retardant properties and near-zero water absorption. FR4 is widely used as an electrical insulator requiring high mechanical strength.

  • G11 / EPGC203: A high-temperature grade (Class F) with enhanced mechanical and electrical properties. It is ideal for slot wedges, insulating structural parts in motors, generators, and transmission equipment.

  • FR5 / EPGC204: Similar to G11 but with added flame-retardant properties for critical safety applications.

  • Specialty Grades:

    • EPGC205: High retention of mechanical strength; suitable for Class F electrical equipment.

    • EPGC308: Similar to G11 with improved heat resistance and stable electrical properties in high humidity.

    • EPGC310 & EPGC311: Halogen-free grades with UL94V-0 combustion performance for eco-friendly compliance.
